The Management Team

Ted is President of TheoPacific Corporation. He is an experienced senior real estate executive with a proven track record in asset management, marketing, and development of office, industrial and multifamily product. Since forming TheoPacific in 1986, Ted has developed commercial real estate projects and has been retained by both institutional and private investors to assist with their real estate portfolios. As the company’s founder, Ted is known for his hands-on approach to real estate asset management and is a trusted voice for companies in transition.

His experience in the real estate industry dates back to 1973. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of one of Southern California’s largest privately owned real estate portfolios consisting of over 5,000 apartments and a million square feet of office space. He has been both an owner and operator with fiduciary responsibility for real estate assets.

Mr. Konopisos is a graduate of San Diego State University, a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a member of several boards, trade and professional organizations.

Nick Konopisos has over 22 years of banking, real estate investing, restructuring advisory and asset management experience.

He currently oversees all aspects of TheoPacific Corporation’s business lines, including asset/property management, third party brokerage, investment acquisitions and restructuring advisory.

Mr. Konopisos graduated with a Bachelor of Science from University of California, Santa Barbara in 1996 and is a California Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
