DEVELOPMENT

THEOPACIFIC’S DEVELOPMENT DIVISION FOCUSES ON CONSTRUCTING BEST-IN-CLASS INDUSTRIAL BUSINESS PARKS AND SINGLE-TENANT CLASS-A BUILDINGS THROUGHOUT SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

TheoPacific began as an industrial development company in 1986, and that is still the case today. Although we acquire and operate value-add and core industrial projects in the Western United States for our long-term investment portfolio, our roots are in master-planned ground-up industrial developments and single—and multi-tenant projects.

Our principals have developed over 1.5 million square feet of industrial and office properties and over 5,000 multi-family units across Southern California. We have a proven track record in the development, construction, and management of industrial space. Our latest ground-up developments include two business parks in Rancho Mission Viejo (99,200 SF and 25,922 SF) located in Los Patrones Summit off the 241 Toll in So Orange County.

Through our seasoned professionals operating from our office locations at two of our ground-up developments (Placentia, CA, and Rancho Mission Viejo, CA), we are able to provide first-class solutions for our clients and partners.
