TheoPacific is a closely held commercial real estate investment, management, and development company. Formed in 1986 to develop, acquire, and manage commercial/industrial real estate. TheoPacific has partnered with institutional investors, HNW clients, and Family Offices on a variety of projects across the Western US.
Since its formation, TheoPacific has actively either owned, managed, and overseen several million square feet of commercial real estate assets as developer, property/asset manager, and/or general partner with a keen fiduciary responsibility for the client. The company has represented financial institutions, family offices, private investors, and tenants, as both an asset manager and a real estate broker.
Since being founded in 1986, TheoPacific, as a principal and through its related entities, has developed, acquired, operated, and/or managed commercial real estate projects totaling over 1,500,000 square feet. In addition, TPC, as a third-party advisor (property and asset management), has been retained by trusts, financial institutions, HNW private investors, family offices, as well as landlords and tenants in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado. TPC provides best-in-class asset management, property management, accounting, and budgets, as well as leasing and sales brokerage for its clients. In addition to these services, TPC has a Debtor Advisory platform, which focuses on turnarounds, specifically for distressed, underperforming, and non-performing real estate assets across all four main asset classes (office, industrial, apartments, and retail) and an Estate Planning Transition Services (“EPTS”) platform which caters to real estate families via their trusts and/or family offices in succession and estate planning.
TPC manages for the long-term via a hands-on approach, and we pride ourselves on getting things done and solving problems inherent in today’s real estate industry. As both a principal and operator of commercial real estate, we manage our client assets the same way we operate our own properties.
